A white Corian pendant light, resembling gently undulating hills
with beautiful natural curves, reveals patterns like shadows
when the light is turned on. The lampshade, shaped through
thermoforming, absorbs ink from the back of the Corian sheet
through a special sublimation printing process before molding.
The colors absorbed into the material remain unchanged even
during the heat molding process and remain invisible on the
surface. Depending on the viewing angle, the object, with both
geometric and organic natural silhouettes, beautifully brings
forth the concealed energy within when lit up. 緩やかに隆起する丘陵のような、 Product name: OPS Designer: Setsu & Shinobu ITO Manufacturer: Dupont Corian Material : Corian Dimensions: W22 x D13 x H35(cm) Design work year: 2006 |
