NA presented the world's first
plastic two-tone molded side table with storage at the Milan
Salone in 2005. Utilizing rotational molding, it is formed
through two rounds of molding with different colored PE
polyethylene plastic, and the side walls are cut out after
molding to reveal the inner second layer of color. Like a dice,
each outer face serves a different function, and the internal
functions vary depending on how it is placed to match. The
interior with the second color visible creates a strong graphic
impact and functions as a bookshelf, display shelf, or storage.
NA is a multi-cubic furniture piece that serves as a small
bookshelf, storage, stool, and coffee table all in one.
